It’s Only Through Faith … ..

Right now I feel so stirred up in my spirit. I love it … and I wouldn’t trade this moment or feeling … this experience for anything in the world. I say that because honestly … some days I feel like a nut and some days a I don’t.

Unfortunately, I was never promised that I would feel anointed everyday … but I am still required to believe that I am through my faith.

I am required to believe that I am what and who my father (the Great I Am) .. says I am ( I hope that made sense LOL).

I was given a oppurtunity to share a revelation my father gave me on yesterday ….

In this book I am reading … there is a chapter about putting a demand on the anointing and on the spirit of God.

In the chapter it says that this demand is placed on God and we can place a demand on the anointing over an individual’s life through our faith.

We all have needs and fortunately for us we serve a God who can provide all of our needs according to His riches and glory.

But it is only our faith that can truly put a demand on the spirit of God.

It was through faith that the woman with issue of blood pressed her way to Jesus … only to touch the hem of His garment because she knew she would receive healing.

By doing this she placed a demand on His anointing for healing … and she was healed.

We know that faith without works is dead …

We know that God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

He dares us to come to Him to ask, seek and knock.

Doing all this through faith places a demand on His spirit. He is not like man that He should lie …

He is our provider …

healer…

deliverer. …

and everything else …

so let’s not come to Him hap-hazardously(hope I spelled that right) and hoping that He will make a way … or that He will hopefully answer us.

If He has given you a vision … He will provide the provision for it.

So, let’s put a demand on Him to move on our behalf we have to begin to work out the vision so that He can begin to supply the provision for it.

In this season, let’s allow God to stretch us … allow Him to stretch our faith and our belief. Let’s take Him at His word. He says it … ok, great … that’s what it is.

Blessed our those who have not seen and still believed (paraphrased).

While the stretching of our faith may hurt at times, it may be uncomfortable .. allow Him to do it because He will certainly honor it …

think about everyone in the bible … who pressed their way to Jesus

and think about how He honored every one of them. Their faith put that demand on the mantle in His life.

As His children, as the heirs to the throne .. we must to do that and the more.

I love you all and God Bless …

(1) Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (2) For by it the elders obtained a good testimony. (3) By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible. (4) By faith Abel offered to God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, through which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts; and through it he being dead still speaks. (5) By faith Enoch was taken away so that he did not see death, “and was not found, because God had taken him”; for before he was taken he had this testimony, that he pleased God. (6) But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. (7) By faith Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark for the saving of his household, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith (Hebrews 11:1-7)

Today’s Scriputre … from Joel and Victoria Osteen

I received this from daily scripture/daily inspiration from my co-worker. This is nothing but a confirmaton of things that God is doing in this season. I pray we all give God a “Yes” in this season … whether we are in the same season in our lives or not … no matter what … we must give God a complete and total “Yes” .

What is awesome about God is that we can be seated between four different people and we can all be in different seasons in our lives at the same time … and God is still there working in and through them all.

We serve a Great and Faithful God.

So Enjoy …

P.S .. Don’t you just love Joel Osteen … he smiles all the time. I just love it LOL

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE

“For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.” 2Corinthians 1:20 NKJV

TODAY’S WORD

From Joel and Victoria

When God laid out the plan for your life, He lined up the right people, the right breaks and the right open doors. In other words, He already had your “yeses” planned out — Yes, you can accomplish your dreams. Yes, you can overcome that obstacle. Yes, your children can fulfill their destiny. Yes you can succeed. YES is in your future!

The question is, are you going to say “yes” to God’s “yes”? Are you going to dare to believe Him — to get into agreement with His promises?

Start right now by declaring His promises over your life. Start declaring that He is good and that His plan will come to pass. Don’t let doubt and discouragement distract you keep your eyes fixed on Him because He is faithful. His promises are always yes and amen. So say “yes” to His “yes”!

A PRAYER FOR TODAY

Father, today I say “yes” to You. I say “yes” to Your promises and “yes” to Your ways. Help me to live a life pleasing to You and bring You glory in all that I say and do, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Daily Inspiration …

A Daily Inspiration sent to me …. I pray it encourages you as it did me!

God Bless

May The Lord of Peace Give You Peace

“Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in all
ways.”  2 Thessalonians 3:16

Daily Express: The Bible talks about the peace that passes understanding.  This is a God-given peace
in the midst of difficulty.  It is a spirituality that gives you a depth of bliss
in the middle of your problem.

Your life is not defined by outer circumstances.  Your life is defined by what you feel inside
of yourself every moment.  When you are connected with God fully in your awareness you feel
burdens lifted from you, and you feel a profound peace.  You can feel profound peace
from God even in the presence of challenges.

This is a week to manifest the full peace of God in our minds and in our
hearts.

Life so filled with joy, song, and laughter, but there are still hearts
that are burdened, and heavy today.  Every day, I talk with people by
who are hurting. Some people face challenges that are so difficult,
like those affected by major storm Sandy on the east coast of America.

Some people are facing life-threatening health challenges.
Many are dealing with the effects of trying to make ends meet after losing employment.
In the prayer ministry of Positive Christianity, we have many prayer requests
from those needing comfort and strength.

God can bring comfort, and peace even in situations where it seems like it
would be impossible to be found.  God can bring strength to allow the praying person
to stand up to any difficulty.

God can provide guidance to maneuver us through a confusing maze, to the desired
answered prayer.

As we pray for peace and uplifting, we remember these words: “Now may our
Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and God our father… comfort your hearts and
ESTABLISH them in every good work and word.”

What does it mean to be established in God’s good?  It means the same
thing as when we say that a certain person is established in the
community, or a business is established, and viewed with respect.

When you are established in God, you are established in God’s heart, which
is peaceful at all times and in all circumstances.  You are established in
health that is not temporal, but permanent.  You are established in joy not
because of what is happening outside of you, but because of what is
happening inside of you.  In your work life, you are established in good lasting
work.  God uses the words of your mouth, establishing in you, a vocabulary
and a tone of voice that will minister to others, and bring peace to them.

Even as we in Positive Christianity pray for our friends and send them
encouraging, constructive words to affirm in prayer, we also behold them
filling their time and their world, with “good works.”  These good works
can consist of any way they may find to enter into life in a more peaceful way.

If you know of a need of comfort and strength in another, the prayer of
your love-filled heart can unfold them and help them invest their awareness
in the present prayer moment and find in it the lasting blessing of God’s peace.

POSITIVE DAILY PRAYER:

Dear God, I pray today that I am established in your peace.  I pray that I
am established in the harmony and the melody of the universe.  I pray that
I am established in smiles and laughter and true soul enjoyment.  I pray
that I am established in comfort and in strength.

I pray that my mind is established in Your peace.  I am praying that my
employment is established in God’s good works.  I pray that the words of
my mouth are established in God’s word.  I pray that I am established in
following and believing God’s word about my life and about my dear one’s
lives.

God, in areas that I may not even be aware of, I ask You to bring your
establishment of perfect peace, balance, and order into my life.  And dear God,
establish my life in Your love, so I may express it to all.

In Jesus Christ’s name…Amen

POSITIVE DAILY AFFIRMATION: The healing power of God restores me.
My mind and body are peaceful and whole.

POSITIVE DAILY QUOTE: “You must be the change you hope to see in the world.”
Mahatma Gandhi

God bless you!!

Isaiah 55:10-11. God Shall Fulfil All His Promises Concerning You

Isaiah 55:10-11 says, “For just as rain and snow fall from the sky and do not return there, but water the earth, causing it to bud and produce, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so is My word that goes out from My mouth – it will not return to Me unfulfilled; but it will accomplish what I intend, and cause to succeed what I sent it to do.”

May GOD bless Nigeria, America and Israel and take care of us; May GOD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the LORD lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

All Weather Worshipper …

Good Morning Everyone.

I thought of something (I think) is quite comical (at least to me) yet serious.

I was talking to my Pastor Mike Hathaway on last Sunday and he made a statement and said

“We have worshipped in extreme heat and extreme cold”.

We then came to the conclusion that we are “All Weather Worshippers”.

I then thought of a few friends of mines who are true smokers .. God Bless ’em LOL …

There are two types of smokers in my opinion.

Occasional Smokers and SMOKERS

Let me explain my reasoning  …

Occasional smokers .. smoke just because and/or socially, or they just like a little kick of nicotine every now and then to appease their nerves. They are the ones finding out what the weather is like before they go out. They “consider which way the wind is blowing” before they make their committment to go on break with the other smokers.

and then …

There are SMOKERS ..

They are the ones that no matter what, they are going to do what they have to get that cigarette .. to get the nicotine in their system so that they can fully function and operate.

We have had severe thunderstorms where mother nature unleashed her fury on the earth LOL and our smokers are outside hanging on to a light pole with their big toes … hands muzzled to their face so they don’t lose that flame LOL … all for one smoke.

I mean come hell or high-water … they are outside, they take an extra break. We banned smoking on company grounds and they will walk, hike, jump, crawl, duck and hide to get in that cigarette.

They are so serious about getting the nicotine kick that the company altered the hand book and its policy so that they may clock out and leave the premise, for no longer than 15 minutes and still get paid .

… all to do what …

 SMOKE.

AN ALL WEATHER SMOKER.

But in the same way .. that this elite group determines to smoke, we as an elite and elect,  called and chosen group of people need to be the same in regards to our worship!

That no matter what, come hell or high-water I am going to worship. I am going to serve I am going to live a life that is pleasing unto God.

.. and that is our reasonable sacrifice to God for all that He has done and is doing in and through us.

We cannot “consider which way the wind is blowing” because if we do .. we will not sow, we will not serve, we will not pray, we will not worship .. we might even remove ourselves from His grace … if we really stepped back to consider what is really going on in our life … if we consider all that may not be going right in this moment.

Let us stop considering, let us stop pondering .. what if God does this and what if He does that?

Our worship to God is not conditional … we do not seek His face all because we want what is in His hand .. we do not go to church just to shout, get our little itchy ears scratched and our flesh tickled  … or request a word from God for a quick fix.

But we seek His face because we know He holds all the answers, we go to church and shout because we can remember where we came from and how He managed to bring us out, how he dealt with us when no one else wanted to.

We open our spiritual ears to hear what the Spirit is saying to His church and we don’t tickle our flesh but we beat it into submission to the word and will of God and we seek the oracles of God for clarity and direction.

Lets go forth trusting that God IS … and that our path is ordained by the Lord and that His promises are “Yea” and “Amen”.

That regardless of what comes our way, who agrees and who does not .. not matter what people may say, no matter which way the wind blows … we have made up our minds and we are going to worship.

We are so determined to worship that things have to change and alter for us .. they have to fall in place to the Spirit of the Living God .. to the will of God.

LOL, it will either line up or get out.

Let us worship Him with our time, our talents our gitfings, our money, through our families, through the love we display to others, in our prayers and adoration we show Him

Most importantly let us worship Him with our lives.

To all of my “All Weather Worshippers”

Love you and God Bless
